Inovplena Construções is a contractor who develops and executes all type of construction projects based on a 10 years experience.

Since 2010, INOVPLENA has been formed by a dynamic, entrepreneurial management team, professionally trained in major European and Scandinavian markets, allied to a technical team with 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge in the development of the construction activity in Portugal.

With the stabilization of our activity in the markets where we operate, and given the economic momentum the world is facing, we bet on new markets with new brands. In Belgium, Spain and Norway, we have a technical department dedicated to the study and execution of special projects as bridges and tunnels.

 

The group operates in the construction sector as a trusted partner at european level, delivering a service with Innovative technical solutions with quality.

In the construction market , INOVPLENA stands out concerning its wide scope activity, not limited to the execution of the project but also cooperating with its partners and clients in the study and preparation phase, contributing with technical solutions aimed at optimizing projects.

We have own production teams and equipment that give us autonomy in the execution of reinforced concrete structures and electrical installations.

We approach all our projects with the commitment that differentiates us in plan, anticipate and innovate.

Importing into our country the best practices we have had the opportunity to learn and develop in the main European and Scandinavian markets over the last 10 years, adding value to this sector.

We aim to deliver projects with the highest quality and this goal is only achievable with accuracy and early identification of risks, and thus find timely engineering solutions that minimize possible deviations, delivering to our customers projects of full satisfaction.

We know that our employees are the company’s most important asset and that high focus on health and well-being in the workplace is economically profitable. Our projects must be characterized by the same values as we offer our own employees. This means that all our partners, including clients, suppliers, subcontractors and the community in general must be confident that the projects comply with regulatory requirements and other expectations for a safe and health-promoting work environment.

This will be achieved through systematic work characterized by knowledge, experience learning and a management that demonstrates by action that HSE has first priority regardless of other needs and wishes. We are convinced that a high HSE standard is necessary for optimal operation and long-term corporate economic profitability.

Good communication between all actors in a construction project is always a prerequisite – also for safety, well-being and environment!

The road to the low-emission community in 2050 has already begun, and expectations and demands from customers and other stakeholders within environment are still increasing. We experience this in relation to increased customer requirements for the buildings, increased proportion of tenders with environmental profile or environmental certification requirements. There has also been an increasing focus on emission reduction on construction sites with concepts such as fossil-free construction sites, where more and more construction machinery and equipment becomes electric, utilize biofuels or other renewable energy. INOVPLENA is looking forward to these societies’ changes and customer demands. We will be a leading player that develops and builds sustainable buildings and challenges the industry. INOVPLENA maps and identifies which part of our business has an impact on the environment, directly and indirectly. Concrete measures are followed up and results measured.
